I have lived in Montana for 14 years after moving among 6 states while growing up. I went to high school in Helena, MT then moved to Bozeman to attend Montana State University. During my first year of college I took an EMT course and began working as an EMT outside of Helena while pursuing my Bachelors. After working as an EMT for two years, I decided to attend the Paramedic Program through MSU Great Falls. I have worked as a Paramedic for 5 years and have had the opportunities to work in both urban and rural 911 systems, hospital Critical Care Units, and the Emergency Department. I have developed a passion for Emergency Medicine and EMS education throughout my years in prehospital medicine. I strive to help new providers be set up for success and feel confident in their skills and knowledge. In my free time I travel as often as possible. I also participate in competitive bodybuilding and coach others in their health and fitness goals. I value health and wellness education and hope to continue to create a positive impact on my community's health education.
