Chief Business Officer

Rob Wronski is an Operations Manager for Best Practice Medicine. Rob comes to us as most
recently as the Director of Government Affairs and Policy for MedTrust Medical Transport located
in NC, SC, GA, and FL. Before his position at MedTrust, Rob was the Bureau Chief of the
(SCDHEC) Bureau of EMS and Trauma for 8 years. He has served in many roles since becoming a
FireMedic in 1991, culminating with his selection as Chief of EMS for the state in January 2013
including several executive positions including Assistant Chief of the St Andrews FD in
Charleston and Medical Training Officer of the Mt Pleasant Fire Department. Rob has presented
Fire and EMS lectures from FDIC in Indianapolis to EMS World in Las Vegas on many and varied
Fire and EMS topics and on various EMS research initiatives. He served for 20 years and retired
as a veteran of the US Navy Submarine Force, holds a Bachelors in Healthcare Administration,
and an MBA in Public Administration. Rob is also designated as a Chief EMS Officer (CEMSO) by
the Center for Public Safety Excellence and earned his Certified Public Managers (CPM) certificate
from the state of South Carolina.
