Matt Brown
Chief Operations Officer
Matt comes to #teamBPM with almost 33 years of experience in the fire service and EMS industries. Matt started his career at a young age in the fire service in the rural town he lived in and garnered experience working in municipal and wildland fire agencies, as well as becoming an experienced clinician working in rural and metro high performance EMS systems. After obtaining his critical care paramedic license, Matt capped his clinical career with 10 years of EMS aviation experience, mostly on rotor platforms.
Matt brings almost two decades of management and administrative experience with a strong operational background. Since 2016, he has spent considerable time and focus on building sustainable and successful rural EMS systems through meaningful partnerships, business development projects, consultation and through his places of employment. Having grown up in rural settings, this has been a very fulfilling experience for him. He carries that same enthusiasm and customer focus to BPM and is excited to help grow the company into the future.
Matt grew up in the outdoors and enjoys sharing that with his wife and two children, listening to music and going to concerts, spoiling their two dogs and camping and spending time with their second family of long-time close friends.
