Director of Logistics and Procurement

Dwane is a Marine Corps Veteran where he was attached to the Security Forces at Marine Barracks in Silverdale Washington. There he guarded special weapons for the military. After his service in the military he went into Law Enforcement and retired after 22 years of public service. During that time he was able to develop his leadership and manager skills by holding several different positions. He found himself looking for another career path and began pursuing supply chain management and logistics.

Dwane has training utilizing the L.E.A.N. Foundations and Inventory Management along with Supply Chain and Inventory system management. Dwane has utilized this training in the construction industry, plumbing wholesale and recently with a nationwide wildland firefighting mitigation company. He combines this knowledge and training with his many years of crisis management and leadership development.

Dwane enjoys everything outdoors that Montana has to offer from camping to hiking. You can frequently find him and his wife Kris enjoying their side-by-sides up in the mountains or on some local lake in their kayak’s.
