Maintaining civilian licensure and education requirements in the military medical community is challenging. Many units can struggle to manage the multiple schedules and curricula to maintain full 68WF2 readiness.
Our F2 recertification curriculum addresses key challenges our veteran educators and multiple medevac units expressed over the past decade.
Our Prolonged Field Care (PFC) course is designed to educate medics in providing care in austere, forward environments for extended periods (72-96 hours) while awaiting medical evacuation. The course aims to enhance 68W Medic education and awareness of common medical/trauma issues beyond initial training, establish a foundation in common nursing skills, and support patient care when a provider is unavailable. Best Practice Medicine provides all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials, utilizing high-fidelity simulators for hands-on training.
Table 8 Validations are a crucial component of our training programs, particularly for military medics. These validations encompass the skills and knowledge required to meet all Table 8 requirements. This ensures that any soldier, including those undergoing F2 re-certification or the 68 Whiskey PCC course, is thoroughly trained and approved through the RTI. We aim to provide comprehensive training that addresses these specific military standards, which were previously referred to as "skills validations".
Aviation needs rotor hours and qualified backseaters.
Medics need specialized training as a team using their equipment, SMOGS, and realistic training environments.
Maximize time spent training as a unit.
Use the full stack of systems and qualifications required on missions
Manage budgets by reducing by more than half the standard training costs for TDY and individualized training.
Your funding is finite. Every soldier sent TDY for FP-C or National Registry renewal is a drain on money, time, and unit cohesion.
We bring the education to your entire unit, during regularly scheduled drills and training.
Education is only as good as the educators. Often a mismatched group of instructors are assembled to deliver training that is as durable as it is forgettable.
Combining and training highly experienced clinicians from both the military and civilian sectors our F2 recert guarantees learners benefit from current best practices taught by trained educators.
Units often face two choices in maintaining 68WF2 readiness. Send individuals to AMED on TDY, or assemble a group of instructors from an RTI or MYSTC to fit training in around the units' other readiness duties.
A BPM F2 recertification is taught entirely on-site with the unit. Training together as a team, on equipment the unit manages, with the other members of the unit substantially improves the durability of the education, not to mention it is about half the cost of TDY.
Stop Paying the "TDY Tax" on Compliance
Let's stop hemorrhaging budget on preventable travel. Your funding is finite. Every soldier sent TDY for FP-C or National Registry renewal is a drain on money, time, and unit cohesion. We propose a simple collaboration: We bring the certified critical care refresher directly to your location. The Result: We jointly secure your budget by eliminating TDY costs, ensuring predictable spending, and achieving 100% medic competency on base. |
Reclaim Your Day: We Handle the Administrative Drag
We understand your mission is readiness, not managing external vendor logistics. If paperwork and coordination are tying up your week, let us handle the administrative drag. We act as a seamless extension of your staff, managing all required training documentation, certification logistics, and post-course reporting.
The Result: We simplify compliance together, giving you critical hours back to focus on your core unit responsibilities.
The risk of non-compliant FP-C or expired National Registry licensure is not just administrative—it's operational. We share your commitment to eliminating that risk. Our solution is built around the mission requirements of "Big Army": We deploy certified instructors to deliver the necessary recertification on your timeline.
The Result: We jointly ensure 100% regulatory compliance, securing your unit from the "chopping block" and guaranteeing operational medical competence.
Secure Your Readiness: Review Our Certification ScheduleTraining That Speaks the Language of Your Unit
"BPM educators knew our SMOGS better than we did!" - Sgt. Mills
You cannot afford generic training. We align with your operational needs because our instructors are veterans and former critical care Flight Paramedics. They understand the unique constraints of the Guard Unit, from austere environments to high operational tempo. T
he Result: We jointly ensure training is not just a certification-filler, but a relevant, trusted, and operationally sound investment that your medics immediately trust and utilize.
Meet Our Expert Training CadreLet's collaborate to protect your collective training time. Sending medics off-base for recertification fragments your unit, making cohesive training impossible. Our on-location model ensures your entire medical team remains on-site. The Result: We maximize collective training time, ensuring your medics maintain all required skills and competencies without sacrificing vital unit cohesion and readiness exercises. |
Retaining your best medical talent requires more than just meeting minimum standards. We work with you to elevate the skill and motivation of your medics. By bringing advanced critical care refreshers and high-level training to your base, we demonstrate a clear commitment to their professional growth.
