- Have a valid NREMT EMT-B Certificate
- Have a valid state or U.S. government-issued picture identification
- Complete a Best Practice Medicine registration application
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- No prior felony convictions
- Approved by the Lead Instructor or Medical Director
- Recommended: 3 years of experience OR a written letter of recommendation from your agency or medical director
- Provide proof of student malpractice insurance
- Attain AHA BLS CPR certification prior to the beginning of clinical rotations
- No prior felony convictions
