Dione has been working in some aspect of EMS for 18 years. She has held positions in EMS Billing, Dispatch, Field Training officer, Quality assurance and improvement, and Paramedic. She is also a certified Firefighter.

She resides in Texas with her husband and three year old daughter, two dogs, two cats, and flock of chickens.
